What's not included?

• 1300/13 numbers from Home/Business Line – charged at 40c per call untimed

Connection charges for Home/Business Line

There may be a charge to connect your Home/Business phone service:


• No churn fee from any service provider
• Existing telephone line without a technician - $59
• Telephone line with a technician visit - $125
• New telephone line connection with a technician visit and cabling work - $299


If you have an active Telstra connection you may be eligible for a fast churn.

Early Termination

Should you wish to terminate your service earlier then your agreement period there will be an Early Termination a fee of $340 ex GST.

Paper invoice fee

$5 per month is charged if you choose to receive a paper bill.

Administration fee

Administration fee of $11 is applicable for non-direct debit payments.

Billing

Your billing charges will start from the day of the month that you are connected to WorldPacific. Your first bill will include a pro rata charge from the day of being connected to the end of the month as well as one month in advance of the monthly plan.
